“When we arrived, we were assigned a cabin without a stove but the manager quickly rectified it. However, we were only supplied a small saucepan and no cooking utensils. We did have dishes, an oven mitt, one mixing bowl, silverware, and mugs and cups. The shower had 2 settings: ice cold or scalding hot. Not a big deal for me but I was traveling with a toddler and she got burned as the water turned from cold to hot in an instant. There was a 2 inch gap at the bottom of the entrance door. This was……

“The Hotel and our room was high end classy but yet very comfortable and homey at the same time. The bathrooms were amazing!! They had all the amenities of home down to having Q-tips in the bathroom. The heated bathroom floors were so nice when getting out of the shower. Rachel was a wonderful host and was more than helpful when letting us know of places to eat and places to sight see. Her store in the lobby was very nice and quaint with all local vendors products. If we are ever in the Shasta……
