“Make sure their elevator works. It did not. We were there 3 nights and no one came to work on it. Carrying a lot of luggage, or having small kids, or a Sr with you, this is a huge problem!! USB plugs were not functional. The outlets were worn and loose and barely held a plug. Breakfast starting time was 45 mins late on Sunday, that’s a problem when you have an agenda to keep and planned on eating on site before your departure. The staff was friendly and apologetic. The elevator issue was……

“rooms have been renovated, clean, comfortable beds. Only negative was the refrigerator was too large for the cabinet, and the door didn't fully close unless you tilted the fridge. I also left the cabinet door ajar a bit to ventilate the unit. Otherwise, great stay”

“We waited over 20 minutes to check into our room as there was no one at the front desk. Has lady bugs all over the room. When we did get checked in the front desk was rude.”

“A party started above our room at about 9:30. A really loud party. We called the front desk - they said they would talk to the guests. 10 minutes of peace followed by a louder party. We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. “Great price for a comfortable hotel”

“This was the most disgusting hotel. Pictures do not show how dirty the place is. We ended up leaving and the staff was unhelpful”

“They did not have the room I booked on Expedia available. I had booked a king size handicapped accessible room with a walk in shower. They only had a room with two queen size beds and a shower in the tub. I’m handicapped and have a lot of difficulty stepping into a tub. Also I find the policy of only servicing rooms every other day unacceptable.”
