Due to construction delays, we didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the desk staff was welcoming, reassured us that we parked the truck correctly, checked us in promptly, and offered us free waters (we were visibly exhausted!) “The floor we were on smelled like wet dog. The linens were stained. The tub had black mold. We were there in night and left. The registration desk persons was very kind and told us we would only be charged for one night. We left after the first night”

“Couldnt access the front door entrance when checking in. We were told the pool wasn’t available, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. After checking in, found large toenail clippings in the carpet! Also, black marks on pillows, possibly makeup? I was told that I should’ve contacted the main desk about this.
