“Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us. We assumed it was because people are trying to be helpful and help push it back in prior to……

“Normally I don’t leave a review but they earned it. The sheet look used , water tap is broken, the shower head barely works with all the water still came out the bottom. The whole room smells funny.”

“This was a terrible experience. The property was in a very scary part of Pittsburgh if you are not from the area. There were air purifiers that had vents through the widows. You were unable to lock the widows. The mattress was basically a a board. The pics are very deceiving. Try to contact the property owners and nobody responded. Terrible experience. ”
