They are undergoing renovations, so it's a bit messy. Also 2 of the lights in our room weren't working. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice enough, but overall it was a meh experience

Great hotel for families. It is not Ritz but excellent. I had a corner 2 bedroom. The shades do not seal., but they can darken the windows. Lots of windows and great views. There are street noises.

The mattress was horrible. The shower was lukewarm. We called in advance to request a rollaway bed to be in our room (which staff offered with no mention of any additional cost). The rollaway was not present when we arrived. When we called the desk, a rollaway was brought up, but the quality was terrible. An 11 year old slept on it and could feel every spring in the mattress. In the end, we were charged a fee for the rollaway bed. A fee that was never mentioned to us at all!
