“I was given a horrible room on ground floor looks like it was flooded in recent weeks..sheets dingy and even had stains..I complained they said I paid for basic. I was going to look for another hotel but then they moved me to a better room. Breakfast was also not worth the price poorly prepared. Would not go back!”

“I want to start by saying the staff was amazing and very accommodating at waves resort. Our issue was the tiny beach, tiny pool and limited food options. It wasn’t clear that the water taxi that could take you to sister resorts to eat didn’t run at night. This is the most important meal, in my opinion. But they were very gracious about moving us to a resort that fit our needs better.”

“The room was just perfect. Better than the picture. Staff was very friendly however very slow and sometimes they didn’t kept their promise, so needed to call several times. “The room was exactly what we hoped for. Clean with lots of space for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice amenity since we were able to get a few groceries from the nearby convenience stores. The property is well maintained and the 3 pools were nice. Only downside is that the pool bar/restaurant is not open so the only place to eat on the property is Pure Ocean which is on the beach. The food there is good, but pricey, and service was rather slow.
