“首先，这里的view是真的好。 其次，这里的设施可以说应有尽有，从智能家居到冰箱里的酒水小吃，从阳台冲浪浴缸到智能马桶，但好像每一样都不很高档。 还有，和Grand Velas比，这其实不算真正意义上的全包酒店，在所有餐厅，只要是高档一点儿的食材，就需要你另付款。对我来说，很不爽。”

“The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself. “We rented the penthouse (Del Sol) in the ‘offseason’ (July) for a 4 night stay. First, the views from our suite were INCREDIBLE and the way the room was decorated made the stay feel warm and welcoming. The bonus was our own hot tub on the large balcony. The property has 5 pools and the grounds are well taken care of and we had some tasty a fish tacos at the downstairs restaurant. Now the downsides… housekeeping stopped by once during our stay and after that we didn’t request it again. They only……

“A luxury boutique hotel with all the amenities of a 5 star hotel for a fraction of the cost. Everywhere is a short inexpensive uber ride away! The view is breathtaking. Def recommend getting the room with a sea view. The staff is kind & friendly! The restaurant is delish. You will not be disappointed. Hope to return in the near future.”

“Overall the my hold experience was superb. The staff was helpful in every aspect of the property. The Restuarants Chefs and Staff went out, and cook and served what ever order do to diateries health. The food was delicious. Bar tender prepare cocktails to my libation list. The specialties restuarant are phenomenal I highly recommend.”

“We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.”
