“Some amenities are broke/dirty, such as the TV and the room AC remote. When I reported it they just asked me to take pictures of it. There was sand on the couch where one person was going to sleep.
We struggled getting into the apartment and I called the number but they didn't answer, I had to wait around 10 min which doesn't sound much but we were tired and it was very hot so it was stressful. However, the apartment is lovely, I would stay again, it just needs better maintenance.”
