“This hotel has a lot of potential. Some of the Front Desk staff was super accommodating.. It’s a hotel that is figuring out its new status. The name boutique hotel is aspirational at this point, but I’m hoping that the expanded gentrified downtown reaches the hotel so that it can truly own the boutique hotel moniker.”

“Pro: Great staff who were friendly, efficient and helpful. Great location. Con: Queen bed felt like a full bed with very thin covers and small pillows. Very thin walls so you can hear your neighbors tv like it’s in your own room. Breakfast was sorta nonexistent and the fruit selection was brown bananas. Clean which we appreciated but we wouldn’t stay again.”

“Person who checked us in was great and nice. Was confusing on how to get to our room. The floor looked dirty and there was a used tampon and tampon packaging in our trash when we got into the room.”

“Pool water wasn’t nice(not clear) so I wouldn’t let the kids swim. We stayed for 5 nights and they never made beds or took out garbage even after being asked. Wasn’t the cleanest to begin with but bed was comfortable and sheets were clean.”

“We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Spokane! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for getting around Spokane and close to the airport. Overall, a pleasant and stress-free stay. we would definitely stay here again!”

“Yikes. Still giving my husband a hard time about booking this for us. Smelled like smoke, trains every fifteen minutes, broken faucet, stains on sheets, son got stuck in the broken bathroom door. It was rough.”

“I have never left a hotel until today. I hadn’t seen the google reviews from 8 months ago with bed bugs until after I had already booked. So when I got there I took off the sheets to check the mattresses. Started with taking off sheets and comforter, both beds had mattress protectors on them that had food and hair all over them, then took off the mattress protectors. They were so disgusting, stained and food crumbs all over the mattresses. The stains were clearly not cleaned properly as they had……

“I would stay again. A few TLC items need some attention, but overall, it is well-lit at night and in a safe area. It was also quiet (beyond the fireworks). Our beds were clean and comfortable. Reception informed me about the shuttle service to the casino, which made returning after the show less stressful. For the price, the 2-bedroom suite was affordable. While I did not use them, propane grills were available. A few TLC items. I would suggest a second blanket in the bedroom closets, and the……
