“It is an older property, but was clean. We parked right in front of our room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is great; convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions.”

“6/10. The room didn’t seem like it had been cleaned before we got it. Made up, yes. Cleaned? Maybe a little. There were stains on the carpet, smears on the wall and random spots on the ceiling, hair on the bathroom ceiling, and stuff splattered all over the inside of the shower curtain. The breakfast was good and hot, no complaints there. Standard hot hotel breakfast. The front desk was unmanned most of our stay. We were in and out of the hotel several times. “Convenient and clean”

“The motel was really dated. Didn’t feel like it was very clean as the sinks were rusty, shower & toilet were not much better. Wouldn’t have stayed here if I hadn’t prepaid. Lesson learned! The breakfast was decent but I would’ve paid for breakfast for a more updated stay. Wouldn’t recommend!”

“OK, this is not a fancy hotel. But for what I paid, I thought I got excellent value. The place was clean. My room was very comfortable. The staff was outstanding and helpful. There was a pet fee, but it wasn’t much None of these are always true when you say stay at a lesser priced motel, but I thought the Super eight in Gettysburg delivered excellent value for the price charge and I would highly recommend it. They are a superstar at this level of hotel and I’ve stated a lot of of Super eight……

“I should have called ahead to make sure they had a handicap accessible room available since I recently had hip surgery and need a walker to get around. Unfortunately all the handicap rooms were taken when I arrived. Other than that, the stay couldn't have been better.”
