"Clean room, nice staff excellent bar and food"

"Elevators broken again… all of them! Since November 2025 (we were here then). No signs, and one elevator always went to the 8th floor (no explanation), and the reception staff said they were waiting on part?! See pictures. Food left out in hallways for 2 days! Disgusting. Pool and hot tub not open again for maintenance. Breakfast buffet is powdered eggs and stale English muffins. Go with the omelette station. Coffee is from machine, not brewed. Sucked. Property is dated everywhere. There was a commotion involving law enforcement after midnight and yelling. I received a note on my car each day stating I needed to pay for parking. And the receptionist at the front desk said to disregard. Every single day! No explanation. We were scheduled to stay here for a wedding in May. Canceled. Worst hotel experience ever in my 64 years. Make some effort like you actually cared. Which clearly you don’t!"

"Restaurant was terrible… even the fizzy water was bad (tasted of chlorine). Hotel itself was lovely and staff was very helpful."

"Breakfast was ok. Coffee not too nice. Pancake machine not working. Nice yogurt. Fresh apples and nice bananas. Plenty bread and muffins. Plenty hard boiled eggs and cereal. Hot eggs and potato was dried out. Rooms spotless. No signs of mold. Friendly front desk staff. Handy location "

"Decent, no frills hotel. TV had kinda poor reception - like the signal had been split too many times or something. Overall though the facility was fairly clean and, while obviously older, not terribly run down. If you have reasonable expectations, it’s a good place to stay a night or two."

"room was clean but terrible condition. Paint peeling above bed from obvious water damage; cigarette burn holes in the bed comforter. Hole in bathroom ceiling; fan in bathroom extremely noisy and the only way to use bathroom electric socket was to have noisy fan going; the corking around the bathtub was not clean. A/C worked fine but was very very noisy each time it turned on. Breakfast was ok but no tea bags or hot water. When I asked for a tea bag I was told that I could go the hotel next door to get one because they were the same owners."
