Positives include nice clean room, good heat/ventilation, and well maintained grounds. Negatives included a shower with only half a door (and a hole in that half, by design) that left the bathroom floor flooded, a location that was a bit further from the National Park than optimal, and the thing that really spoiled the vibe - The property has a nice dining room. All the promotional literature, the main foyer signage, and the online info say dinner is served at 4 pm. We arrived hungry at 4:45 pm and were told the dining room didn't open 'til 5 pm. We went to the bar to wait and had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member who might have been joking but made us feel uncomfortable. So we left and went to the Gateway Family Diner (very close by on the same property - just 2 buildings down). We recommend you do the same.
