“The staff are very accommodating and professional. The atmosphere was amazing with two fire pits outside and an electric fireplace in each room. Centrally located in Sister Bay with a 20 minute drive to any other locations. Definitely will be back next year. Lodge is quite even with families having the option of bringing their dog with. I didn’t hear any dogs barking the entire time we were at the lodge.”

“I immediately noticed a strong mildew/mold odor upon arrival. We adjusted the AC and left for dinner - figuring it would help. Upon returning at 8:30 I decided to ask the front desk for a new room- they were booked so that wasn’t an option for us. They offered us two choices - I could either have a dehumidifier placed in the room or find another hotel if I didn’t feel comfortable due to my allergies. Pros: - location - coffee shop on site Cons: - dirty towels in room (orange and brown stains, disgusting!!!!!) - walls/floors are thin, could hear people in room next to us and above walking around despite them not being overly loud - room was cleanish, shower looked like it needed a good scrub.
