The AC/Heating Unit performed as expected. No issues. The room was clean. The coffee was far better than most hotel chain offerings. The mini fridge worked very well also. The personal care products (shampoo, conditioner, shower soap) were all very adequate. No complaints!

The room was not fully cleaned the nightstand was sticky the shower walls were disgusting decided not to even shower the trays the coffee supplies and ice bucket were on were filthy glad that we slept and left
