“We have been coming for over 10 years. It used to be a great hotel, which is why we continue to stay here. The last few trips have been less than desirable and i think it is time we look for another location. Check in: showing up a half hour early, we were not allowed in one of our 2 rooms. We were not even allowed to pay for an early check in. Note: there were 4 cars in the parking lot when we arrived. For the past decade, we have never had that issue over a half hour.
