“El cuarto olía a orínes, la cama olía a sudor como si no cambian las sábanas cuando el turista se va, todo estaba lleno de polvo, las toallas del baño estaban manchadas parecían sucias. En general un asco de hotel lo único es que el señor que nos hizo check in muy amable.”

“Beds were very uncomfortable. Had bed bugs so I had to lose the money for two days of my stay and find a new hotel”

“I didn't get a room because it was given away. And the clerk said Expedia only gave them a phone # of 111)111-1111, so they couldn't call me. I want a refund!!!”

“The room was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I’m so glad there was a guest laundry. I just had to buy some laundry detergent. Thank you so much I enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof Inn!!!!”

“We stayed in the handicap room. The shower/bath was a marvel of plumbing complexity but the shower didn't work. There was a lever to direct the water either to the tub or the shower and once up to the shower there was another lever to direct the water to either a wand or the fixed shower head. The first lever, the one for either tub or shower would allow water into the tub but when switched to the shower setting the water flow just stopped. The lever to direct water to either the wand or……

“It's located in good place. I stayed one night in double bedroom and was ok. The olny thing were, the shower curtain was dirty and the phone in rhe room didn't working. There's not an American breakfast,is just like a meal. The good thing was I did my late check out for 1 hr and I haven't to pay extra.”

“Rerented our room. Had to sleep in the car. Told us to request a refund only to deny said request. It was due to a late check in but their front desk was unreachable. Apparently they don’t get a lot of business because the weekend everything was sold out, they took advantage and were greedy. Very unprofessional.”
