"I booked a one night stay online thru Expedia for a one night stay I needed a room for to stay at Lauberge Resort. After completing my booking I caught it right away that my dates were wrong, within less than 5min of booking I called and explained that there website must have had a glitch and my date to my reservation was wrong. Im pretty good at always checking and double checking my reservation before completing it. All I was asking for them was to correct it, I wasnt asking for a refund or money money back, I still wanted to stay at that resort even if there was a price difference, they said unfortunately eventhough our website had a glitch they could not refund me or give me my money back nor change the date of my reservation. Go figure right, thinking that I've been a loyal customer and using them multiple of times to book vacation trips thru, that on this one hick up there website had, they would've corrected it and helped me out. Well No they didnt and they pretty much stole and kept my money."

"Staff should be mindful of what they say and when they say it…I had previously given this hotel a bad review that they most definitely deserved due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from a Staff member. The only reason I gave this hotel another chance was due to the price offered. However, I paid for (2) King Size Beds but was given a room with (2) Queen size beds. I even called the front desk to let them know. I even have pictures of the room to prove it was 2 Queen size beds. No worries tho, I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!"

"The hotel requires a $50 hold on a credit or debit card for use of chargeable services. This was not disclosed in the ad. The staff was argumentative during check in. There was a complimentary breakfast included in the ad. The breakfast consisted of prepackaged waffles (with no syrup available), muffins, yogurt, juice, and really disgusting coffee. The air in the non-smoking room was dank with mold and mildew. It was obvious the air conditioner was the source. The carpet was in need of replacement due to mildew, as well. The mattress was lumpy and quite uncomfortable for people with back issues. Overall, it was just a high dollar flop house. We might have been more comfortable staying at the Salvation Army shelter. But, live and learn, right? NEVER would I recommend this hotel to anyone as a quality place to stay! It felt unsafe. And was very deceptive in the way it was portrayed in the ad. And we will never stay at this hotel again!"
