布罗德维尤 3 星级酒店, $62 起

“Terrible service at all. When we got the motel, there is no one open the door for us, we got be locked outside. We wait for a while to get into the lobby because they are on the phone no hand to unlock the door? And they have very negative attitude and emotion to us, not sure if that is because we are asian, but they are so nice to white customers.”

“My flight to Chicago got diverted because of terrible weather. I messaged the hotel in advance to cancel the first night and asked for a refund/discount. No one replied. When I checked in I explained again and all I got was 'hotel policy'. I had been in similar situations before with other holiday inn(in Japan) and they refunded me. Hotel policy or not, I did not stay in your room for one night. Charging me USD180 for nothing is not the best hotel service. I rarely gave bad reviews but this was……

“The hotel is within walking distance from CTA Blue Line UIC-Halsted station, which is incredibly convenient for travelers with heavy luggage since the station is equipped with an elevator. Plus, our room has a balcony where you can enjoy a romantic and stunning night view of the city skyline."”

“I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.”

“The hygiene was terrible, and the pillows smelled strongly of bleach, which made it very difficult for me to sleep all night!”

“old decorations, small room”
