“As a continental breakfast, the variety was actually quite good. Unfortunately, the hotel really needs a better chef—the potatoes were mushy and burnt, sausages took 30 minutes to come out, the eggs were overcooked, and the toaster setting was too long, leaving the bread burnt. The room itself was decent, but check-in was a nightmare. We waited nearly an hour because of poor communication between the hotel and EXPEDIA. Even though we had already paid, the hotel almost charged us again. Too many……

“We chose this stay based on the positive reviews and the high ratings. However, there was always someone smoking at the entrance so we had to smell cigarette smoke. The Beds were NOT comfy. They had old flatscreen TVs, It’s not a smart TV and it’s just basic cable. Bathrooms were tiny, Bathroom door also in the way of getting in and out of bed. The HVAC system is lacking. While there was an wild fire our rooms and belongings smelled like smoke. Breakfast ending at 9 is a little early. People……
