“The room was clean and the staff was nice. ”

“Upon arriving at the airport, I called the hotel for airport pick up service. I don’t know what happened that I had to wait for one hour at the instructed waiting area ! However it arrived within just a few minutes after I called again. ”

“The only thing that was confusing was the valet I had to pay 41 for a night and he can’t come outside when he sees a car in the valet area I waited for over 20 mins. There is no signage. The girls in the reception made up for his unprofessionalism. He just didn’t seem to care. ”
