Every service member we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. One thing to note is the concrete walk ways make maid-cart rolling and luggage (on wheels) rolling by or above rather annoying at 8am or earlier when thumping footsteps above you had kept you awake till 2am. The staff made up for that annoyance with their "kill 'em with kindness" spirit. They have customer service nailed! Beautiful pool and tasty offerings at the Grill, too!
