“Very nice hotel in the mountains with a good view. The hotel was decorated very nice for Christmas. The indoor swimming pool is not open year round like I thought though and the restaurants close earlier during non-peak travel season so rely on room service if you want food late (it was good food).”

“My room was upgraded to executive suite. Room is large and clean with a lot of facilities. Staff are very polite and helpful. My stay in the hotel is very enjoyable experience.”

“Poor isolation and construction works / heavy traffic right in front. Friendly stuff but some don’t even try to understand what you are saying with signs (no English at all). They could not even tell where the entrance of the natural park is on a map. I will not recommend. Cleaning had some room for improvement.”
