“Perfect”

“my husband fell on a huge water puddle located at the top of their stairs and he slipped down the steps injuring his back. I have not been refunded. We also noticed a woman smoking in her doorway next to ours and suspicious guests watching us as we entered our room. I voiced my concerns to the staff as we had our infant with us and this was not a family friendly hotel. We checked out immediately”

“Area was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was terrible which is one reason we stay at quility inns the worst we've ever had.”
