“We stopped in Ajijic by fluke! I saw the pictures of the hotel on Expedia and booked it. What a lovely surprise! The room was bright and roomy. The staff very friendly. Luis Aceves at the front desk a pleasure to speak with. Parking and check in was a breeze. Although the wait staff was attentive, one drawback was that the cash register was not at the bar, but at the outside restaurant. It took time to process the payment. Seeing and chatting to older guests at the hotel, they mentioned feeling……

“The hotel is close to the Plaza, as well as many restaurants and stores. The staff was very attentive and helpful and my room was very nice. The continental breakfast offered a variety of foods and there is a bar that opens in the afternoon. Overall, my visit was very nice and I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.”

“Our stay was lovely. It was peaceful and quiet. At night we could hear the waves from the lake and we woke up to the sound of birds. The gym had everything we needed for our workout. We never took advantage of the pool, ping pong table, pool table or foosball, but we did soak in the jacuzzi and soaking tub. ”
