Ajijic Centro with Lake View Rooftop Terrace, AC and Walkable

  • Immerse yourself in the local energy of Ajijic centro! This home is on the 2nd floor and within walking distance from the main street, plaza & lake. Enjoy the rooftop patio with lake views. The house features an open dining room, a bar, plus the kitchen & bathroom were recently upgraded with traditional tile to enhance the local experience. Plus, a living room with a smart TV and wifi. There are two spacious bedrooms with king beds and closets and mini split AC units in the bedrooms. Plus there’s a bathroom with a recently updated shower, and a washer and dryer.

    Just a friendly reminder, the water is not potable in Mexico. But that’s in every town in Mexico, not exclusive to Ajijic. I provide standard cooking utensils, and you provide all the food you want to cook. There’s a convenience store just a few feet away with most things you’ll need, including milk, bread, oil, coffee, water, veggies, etc.

    New water heater installed in June 2026.
