“體驗極好的一間酒店，員工非常親切有禮，酒店有本館和別館組成，非常之大，房間很整潔，私人風呂也足夠大，溫泉水水質很好，浸完皮膚很滑，晚餐的飛驒牛鍋很好吃，另外試了付費飛驒牛燒肉是極度好吃，真的有驚喜。 另外就是酒店位置不算方便，酒店貼心在入住和離開時可免費坐的士來往車站，但在車站卻極難上到的士，浪費了很多時間，離開時則可由酒店職員幫忙預約的士，至少離開時會輕鬆一點。 整體入住感覺極好，溫泉非常高質，下次會再考慮入住。”

“ホテルは坂を登った丘の上にあります。部屋から下呂の街並みが見渡せます。夜景がとても綺麗でした！！到着して直ぐにコンビニに行きたいと！！せっかく送迎バスを予約して下呂駅から来たのに…フロントの方に丁寧に教えてもらい、またバスで来た道を歩いて下り温泉街にあるコンビニに！！温泉街からは離れているので動きたい場合は少々不便を感じるかも。 料理は美味しくて種類も豊富で良かったです。海鮮好きな息子なのでお刺身お寿司が沢山食べられて朝食も海鮮のっけ丼を食べて大満足でした！！ラウンジのフリードリンクも嬉しいです。息子と二人ゆっくり過ごすことができました。”

“接待職員非常有善親切(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)。餐飲 早餐和晚餐的食物味道和擺盤都非常出色。菜品多到吃得非常飽。 - 位置 靠近商店街很好，但旁邊是馬路，雖然晚上車聲不大，但還是聽得到。因為是在旅行中，所以躺下來忙著睡覺，並不至於影響我的睡眠。 - 溫泉 規模雖小，但基本上房間不多，所以和其他客人一起使用的時候最多也就兩三個人。非常乾淨，水質也很好。這裡讓我意識到水可以好喝。房間和溫泉使用的是POLA品牌的用品，真不錯，但因為不是出售的有點遺憾。 - 結構 用餐或去大浴場時需要移動到旁邊的建築，雖然有點麻煩，但我覺得年輕人不會有問題。不過年長者可能會覺得找路有點困難，而五樓的大浴場需要爬樓梯，可能會覺得辛苦。”
