“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……

“We truly enjoyed our stay! Defiantly will stay there again. Everybody polite. Breakfast good. Only problem was they have wi-fi, but theirs never popped up once over 4 days. But the wifi at the hotel next door and restaurant across the street were available, theirs never showed up to select. With at&t we only had 1 bar on our cells since no wifi. But still worth it. Great place.”

“Great view”

“The elevator is broken and has been for months, and we were on the fourth floor. So, that was annoying, especially since we stayed several days and had lots of luggage. There is a ramp though. There is a balcony with a river running near it, but there is also the street view and traffic which impedes the peacefulness of the river. Everything else was nice. It was clean and the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was good and they had an iced coffee option which was fantastic!”

“I like that is was walking distance to a lot of attractions and that you had an option of taking a trolley. ”

“I really enjoyed my stay!! We did a quick little staycation for Father’s Day (2 kids 2 adults). It was really nice. The staff was very informative and helpful. The kids were happy that the pool was open until 10pm.. so we definitely utilized that amenity. The room was super nice and clean! Blankets were super warm and the view was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again! ”
