“We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Springer House! It has so much history and character! The beds were comfortable and the view was great. The only downside was that the road and park out front were both closed and under construction. However, we loved the atmosphere, service, and food at Casa Del Rio just down the street. We spent the weekend visiting a few of Northern Kentucky’s wineries and distilleries, and it was nice to return to our cozy, quiet apartment in the evenings. Thank……

“We really enjoyed our stay. The pictures are very accurate. There are people on each side of you, but there are dividers and they are far enough away so that it still feels very private. I had trouble getting in but the owner was very responsive and helped us get right in. Will definitely keep this in mind for future getaways.”

“Convenient location to the city. Lots to do within a short 20 - 30 minute drive. We were visiting family that was within 10 minutes. The apartment was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us to have a quiet place to relax between trips and at night.”

“Wonderful! This is a well-updated, contemporary-styled home. Highly recommend it for the comfort and enjoyment of the place and the location is ideal for Cincinnati's attractions. All logistics were simple, easy, and extremely convenient: booking, check-in, check-out, and all questions were answered quickly. We will book here again!”

“Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???”

“Nice cabin. Sleeps 4 people comfortable. Much past that, needs to be a small child able to climb into loft. Deck, grill, shade, perfect quite stay. Really enjoyed the cabin.”

“Good location”

“Overall great experience, will book again”

“It has a cool deck in the back to relax in the evenings. Quiet street and very well priced. We’ll definitely consider staying when visiting family again and need a place close by. thank you. You can park on the street or driveway. The extra bedroom is nice. 1 Bathroom is located upstairs only. Keep in mind if someone has issues with stairs. Overall a very quiet wet and cool stay.”

“While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly.”

“This spot is a gem! It’s in the perfect location, it’s a great size with great amenities. It was a welcome “home base” for a trip to Newport! And the hosts were so communicative and shared so many great tips and local insights for our stay. Will definitely book here again for our next trip!”

“A nice roomy space in a convenient location.”

“The carriage house is absolutely gorgeous! We loved our stay and highly recommend it.”
