“Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location. It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“The lighting was great in the bathroom but not so great in the rest of the room. One reading light did not work as well as the the pole light. There was a piece of metal stuck in the electrical outlet in the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but I expected more. The only pastry was a muffin. I did like that the air conditioner noise was not annoying.”

“The property was fun and unique. Great location. I have had a fairly recent knee replacement and I confirmed there was an elevator. I was on third floor. The elevator did not work coming down from the third floor. It gets worse, the last day and a half I was there, the elevator did not work to the third floor at all! The steps nearly killed me. I could almost believe their reason for the elevator not working at all had it not been a fact that it only partially worked the day I checked……

“Property was going through some renovations but staff put us in a room away from work areas. Hotel is close to heritage center…walked across bridge adjacent to Newport. Only issue was drunk people at bar along street you needed to be careful walking around, but otherwise was fine.”

“Do not take your truck, they can’t accommodate bigger vehicles so parking is an issue. Also we asked for a one hour late check out and we were told nope. Not real accommodating.”

“Broken ice machines on multiple floors, had to go to three different floors to get it”
