“Great communication with the owner, excellent location, and the outdoor shower was a nice plus!”

“The property is on a quiet road with beach access directly across the street. The beach is quiet, only a couple of other families even during a peak week in July - some days we had the beach entirely to ourselves! Waves were calm, you will not be surfing here, but it is perfect for a young child's visit to the ocean, and great for frisbee, kites, and waveballs. The cottage was very well maintained and clean. Kitchen was well stocked, it had everything we needed for cooking. Great water pressure……

“This house was perfect! More spacious than expected, steps to the beach, and a great view off the porch. Owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. Such a relaxing trip.”

“Very well appointed cottage. Kitchen was perfect for prepping and cooking meals for the family. Great location, short walk from back patio to beach. Lounging in hammock late afternoons and morning coffee on beach were fantastic! Outside shower was appreciated after day visiting deauville beach, about 35min drive away, highly recommend. Only negatives, one bathroom, and not much privacy, sounds travel very easily inside home. shades on windows on sides of cottage would have been appreciated. But……

“If you ever thought about staying in a Tiny Home, make it this one!Easy self check-in, responsive host, and the cutest little welcome basket for guests was just the first impression.The place was absolutely spotless, and despite its small footprint, it had everything you could ask for. We were super impressed by the architectural detail, and the beautiful decor. The bed was very comfortable and the indoor shower was nice and roomy. The beach and downtown were an easy drive, making the Tiny Home……

“It was our first time in Dewey and we enjoyed it very much. The proximity to the beach is great. The host was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations (and even a jump start at the end!). Highly recommended. Breakfast at the Sunrise cafe and crab cakes at Woody’s. ”
