“We stayed at this property for 6 nights, everything was exactly like the pictures and very clean. We were just far enough to many shopping areas and grocery stores. It was very quiet and peaceful. Ed and Cindy are amazing hosts, we will be returning next year!”

“Absolutely lovely home in a beautiful location. It was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kayaks and beach gear were a great perk, and we enjoyed several of the nearby beaches. We highly recommend this property!”

“After a 6 hour drive it was so nice to arrive at this very quiet retreat! Julie is a great host! Our communication was wonderful! There was a slight miscommunication with the cleaning service and they came quickly to get the house setup! Very nice people and Julie couldn’t have been more accommodating. These things just happen sometimes! We traveled with my 87 year old mom who is somewhat mobile. She loved the walk in shower. We also had my two grown children and their significant others along.……

“The host was phenomenal, answered my questions quickly and was always polite. The house was clean and super close to the beach and Dewey restaurants. House had everything we needed.”

“Very nice, dog friendly beach house. My family enjoyed our time at Prime Hook Beach. I loved being in a quiet beach community right next to Prime Hook Natl Wildlife Refuge. The views of the marsh are wonderful and I enjoyed birding with my morning coffee on the upper balcony. I also enjoyed the quick hop across the street to the beach for early morning walks with my dog. The house had everything we needed for my husband and I with our two adult daughters. The kitchen was well appointed and we……

“Cricket Cottage is perfectly situated between the beach and all the fun places along Coastal Hwy.; a very short walk in either direction to all the Dewey Beach goodies!! It also offers privacy. I had to work a couple days while I was there and I was never interrupted or distracted!  It is clean and comfortable. The rooftop deck is super as well.  On top of that, the host is very kind and responsive. I'll be back soon for sure! What a wonderful place!”

“Een schattig kleine cottage voor 2 personen. Voelt aan als een soort hobbit huisje, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Centraal gelegen.”

“The location and house were amazing! Short walk from the back door right to the water! Fenced in yard was fantastic for our dogs!”
