“I'm genuinely surprised this hotel has a 4/5-star rating. We checked in around midnight after spending the day at a family event and checked out around 6:00 a.m., so we only had a few hours in the room—but unfortunately, it was one of the worst nights of sleep I've had at a hotel, especially for the price. The air conditioner sounded like it was on the verge of breaking, constantly making loud clanking noises throughout the night. The biggest issue, though, was the window. The room only had a……

“The location was convenient and the room was big and there was a nice complimentary breakfast. The bathroom was also big and well appointed with toiletries. However, our room carpet was wet and smelled musty and the room was very humid. Perhaps there was a problem with plumbing or something... Otherwise we liked the place and it was good value!”
