“We really enjoyed our stay in Sae's lovely cottage in the Berkeley hills. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The views are spectacular. New appliances in the galley kitchen and many thoughtful decorations and amenities for renters. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. A few things to be aware of - because it is high up in the hills, the drive to the cottage is on winding roads. There is a way to walk down to campus near the football stadium, but this includes a trail and stairs……

“The studio cottage was perfect for my month visiting UC Berkeley. It was exactly as described, everything was functional and fresh. It was also a great find and luxury to have our own laundry. It is in a quiet area, yet about a 5 minutes walk from Trader Joes and restaurants. Easy to get around by walking, city bike, and bus. Good walking distance to the university also. Swami and Lata were very kind and accommodating; whenever I had a question they were very quick to respond and generous with……
