“It was a great stay, even extended for an extra night! Only feedback is if the cleaning staff can try to be a bit quieter while talking in the hallways as they woke me at 7:30 am”

“Check in was slow. Rooms were not ready and only 1 person with a line of people waiting. We were lucky enough to only wait 15 minutes for our room. The lobby was dingy, I could see rooms under construction while waiting. Walking to our room, some doors were open and could see rooms torn up waiting for remodel or just overflow storage. Room was tiny. Barely enough room to walk around the bed. Electric panel covers hanging off the wall with exposed wires. Furniture was cheap, broken, and missing……

“I’d say this property is well-balanced for the price and location. While there wasn’t much of a wow factor, it had everything you could need. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, and breakfast covered all the basics. The location is excellent, with plenty of nearby bars and close proximity to the Resch and Lambeau. ”

“The customer service was rotten. I requested a late check out via text, because they were texting me numerous times about the stay etc. I asked 3 times and never got a response. I then just checked out at the regular 11am and the guy at the counter was clueless. The place is not well run. When I checked in, I was barely acknowledged. I won't stay here again.”

“Our room stunk and had a constant dampness to it, even with the air on. It was an uncomfortable room to sleep in and the air conditioning didn’t work very well either. We paid a steep price due to staying there for a concert but I feel it was very overpriced for what we got.”
