“Based on the Vrbo listing, the pictures, and prior communication with the owner, we felt comfortable with our choice. Once we arrived, we quickly realized the house’s maintenance, cleanliness and appearance were not handled properly before our arrival. When we arrived we were met with broken yard lights that lined the driveway. When we arrived we did an initial walk through of the house. It was apparent the floors had not been properly cleaned. Shelving and the stair railing had not been dusted.……

“Our host was awesome! He left us some snacks, a bottle of wine and a thank you card for our son who is active duty at Luke AFB.The mattress in the master bedroom needs replaced desperately. It seemed to be broken down and made a terrible noise when turning over. It was very uncomfortable.”

“My first concern was entry into a keyless home, but that concern was erased with timely ease to enter the home with the digital passcode. The home was spacious and comfortable much more so than a hotel room. For the times that we stayed, the kids and adults enjoyed the dedicated game room and number of other entertainment choices. Kitchen and dining area and lounge area were well suited for those who wish to cook and at home. Location was around the corner from local and national restaurants……
