Visiting from Toronto. Great place, great location, very clean and everything was made very easy by the hosts. Pool does get extremely sun baked during the day so plan for late afternoon or early morning swim. Would recommend.

Clean and adequate for a short stay. Not walking distance to pretty much anything... food, restaurants or stores. Shower head was more like a power washer... rip off your eyelids if not careful.

Loved my stay in this Phoenix studio! It was spotless, thoughtfully set up, and located in such a cute area with great nearby spots to explore. Elliot was exceptional—communicative, accommodating, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. I’d absolutely book again.

Comfortable mattress, clean room, quiet neighborhood. I did have to park a few hundred feet from the property but not a big deal. Good food options within a few blocks walking distance was nice.

A good value! Really clean , newly renovated, quiet, safe and just as advertised, and good location to downtown events. Pool was chilly but not for long as it’ll be hot soon. and gate keypad didn’t allow access once. Much appreciated a delayed check out.

Everything was very clean and provided everything we needed for our week. Disappointed, the pool was closed the second day bc of some safety infractions. If not for that, I’d say excellent

Location is good. Host was responsive. Had some delay getting parking spot and didn’t hear about possible late check out until half hour before and only granted extra half hour. Would have preferred more flexibility

The room was absolutely spotless. The whole complex was quiet and the people we spoke with were cordial and friendly. Parking was easy. The neighborhood was walking distance to downtown. Chibo Italian restaurant across the street, is a hidden gem. If I had to find fault, my only criticism is that the walkways could have been swept and maintained a little better. Lots of debris scattered around from the landscaping. Great stay!
