“Booked here specifically to use the pool/waterpark. Arrived at 6pm & told it closes at 8 which was ok but the waterpark was not even open only 2 pools which were only 3.5 ft deep but nice. Lots of construction building new hotel building and spa. Then fire alarm went off at 10:30ish for quite a while with no instructions if real or not then went off again at 6:30am so woken up twice. Love Hilton but not sure if I will give this one another try.”

“Hotel was good…. But our room has bugs coming in thru the window.. and it looked like no one saw it cleaned near the windows for months! Other than that experience everything else was very good.”

“Gorgeous property, clean and spacious room w a view of Camelback Mountain. Spent a day at the spa which was lovely with wonderful amenities and a dedicated pool for spa guests. Enjoyed the other pools in the evening after the sun went down. Incredibly kind staff, and the in room dining was better than expected. Would definitely stay again!”

“The hotel was doing construction during our stay which required you to walk a long way to hotel lobby any time you came and went. It would have been nice to know that prior to booking and maybe them waving the self park fee during our stay to compensate.”

“The check in process was very smoothe. Friendly staff. Oden at front desk was great. Den the bell hop was very helpful! Our room was nicely appointed. Carlos at La hacienda was outstanding as was the cuisine!!”
