“Everything is good”

“Pools were good , bartender at lazy river was amazing. Overall property needs a little TLC but is in good shape . Wonderful if you have a family to visit here , for a romantic trip it’s ok also but only 1 onsite restaurant and the pool is great but I’m the kind of person who like to visit 1 maybe 2 times that’s it so I can only say if I was here with my kids ( old now ) it would have been great! As for wife and me for romance , was food for 2 pool days . Rooms great all good overall . ”

“The resort gives a great beautiful resort feel upon arrival and the variety of pools (with lots of chair options) you can go to is wonderful. However, the rooms are dated, house keeping either didn’t show up or didn’t come until nearly 7 pm. We stayed here for waterpark access but would have been better off paying for a day pass. Would not stay again as it’s not worth the price. ”

“Quiet area, great view, private, staff great”

“This was a last minute book for a couple days in Phoenix area and then up to Flagstaff. It was an incredible trip, but the Kimpton stay was the highlight. They just remodeled and put us in a villa. It was a full bedroom bathroom, dining area and tv room with seating. The outdoor patio was beautifully designed and landscaped. Our unit also had a front gate and after opening it you could take 10 steps to another gate with one of who knows how many pools. They are everywhere. Great music plays……

“I would encourage you to double check your room before you settle in. Our experience was poor in regards to dirty fridge, we were given the wrong room and they would have still charged us for the more expensive room if we had not brought it to their attention. We also had a leaky toilet. For the price we paid, I had higher expectations. I would like to note that once we brought this to the staffs attention, they were incredibly accommodating and sincerely apologetic.”

“The property is very beautiful, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors talk, kids, doors slam, etc. Same for the cleaning ladies, they start early and it’s very noisy due to the thin walls. Having said all that. We do want to stay here again next year. Just have the expectation that it’s not quiet/peaceful. ”

“This resort was superb. The lobby is gorgeous. The restaurant offers a simple yet delicious menu. The staff was amazing. We loved the bikes and the ride in the Old Chevy. The pool was great! The rooms very very spacious and clean. Location was perfect. ”

“This was the second year in a row we stayed at Adero for our December long weekend. Since the previous year the property has seen some lovely upgrades and improvements. The classes that were offered were excellent for both Pilates and yoga. The room was comfortable and clean. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking. The location is a get away from the center of the city so having parking shouldn’t be an extra cost. Otherwise would recommend. ”

“When I arrived it was unclear where I should park , and after parking my car in the alley I was told they were out of spaces for guests. I was assigned a resident parking spot , but it requires another to key fob. Also, the shower gel bottle was empty, I had hand soap, but you don't provide lotion. This hotel is not good for short-term travelers.”
