“Everything is good”

“Our suite was comfortable. We really enjoyed the waterpark. The workout facility was top notch.”

“A hotel pool closing at 8 seemed odd, especially in Phoenix. The staff seemed to be a bunch of kids telling adults what they could and couldn't do. The pool was "open" until 8, but they shut the pool down with the lights in it at 7 or so and they left the dark pool open that would get pretty crowded, again odd and unsafe. They had signs that you'll be charged for missing towels but nobody collects them from you. You get charged a resort fee on top of staying there, which I'm unsure why it isn't……

“The general location of the resort was too far from other non-resort activities to be convenient. Due to a major physical injury, I could not participate in the offered sporting facilities except swimming and trail walking, but that's not the resort's fault. The dining was inconsistent. One time perfect, and another, over cooked or too spicy. Due to the slow season, not all of the restaurants were fully open. By the 4th day, I was getting bored.”

“Shower was like a lake, they never fixed it and the room smelled. We had to take a shower in standing water. We were disappointed in how they reacted and how nothing was done or we were not called back. I would stay away from here!”

“We loved everything about our stay. Clean facilities, welcoming and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, beautiful and very clean pool! We would highly recommend!!!”
