“A rainstorm had just knocked out the power, so I had almost cancelled my room, but the power was restored just as I started to give the other hotel my CC info. During the whole time, the front desk staff were accommodating and trying to help as much as possible which helped me to decide to keep my reservation. The breakfast was good also and a 12 pm check out time allowed me to get a couple of virtual calls done in the room.”

“The room was very hot after check-in. The front desk personnel were very unfriendly hen informed about the air conditioner not working. Room temperature noted on the room thermostat read 80 degrees. Resetting the temperature down for cooler air did not help. There was no one else at the Check-in counter but the two staff members of the hotel present were not welcoming. We were told to "wait, awhile." After the front desk personnel were notified of the situation and were asked if another……
