Hotels near Mount Washington Station

"The entrace was nice, the staff was nice, the ballroom looked nice, the front bar/food area was very nice. However, the rooms are trash. We booked a grand room which is not what we were given. Our room was so tiny, had a small chair and a gross shower. Had the water all the way on hot, and no cold and it was barely luke warm. Ive stayed at motel 6 hotels with nicer rooms. Got back from our event and even though we had a do no disturb sign on the door, someone came in and put a cot in our room. The room was so small we couldn't even get to the bed b/c of the cot. We called the front desk but finally just moved the cot into the hallway where it sat and stayed even after we checked out at 1030am. The TV was broke so we had to calll someone to come fix that as well but they were fast in getting there and did fix the tv and provide a new remote. The ballroom had the music soo loud that you could feel the bass in your room on the 9th floor. The location is soo perfect for the CFG arena which is why we chose this hotel. Again the hotel was very nice and so were the people but the rooms were just old and gross in my opinion. The bed was clean and the sheets were clean but again just dissapointed b/c the pictures online aren't anywhere CLOSE to what the rooms actually look like. "

"Very friendly and attentive staff who were happy to store my bag and would say good morning and welcome me back by name, which was nice. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but the room was clean and overall I had a fine experience. The room doesn't have a microwave, and there's no bottled water or water station, but I didn't find it to be a big deal. The location is decent and I felt safe enough returning at night, but I did keep the shades closed because my room was on a low floor visible from the street."

"Fairly smooth registration. Hotel is large but is very dated. The phone in my room did not work. I informed staff and they told me it would be fixed. That never happened. I also mentioned the bathroom door was broken and would not lock. I was told maintenance would repair. Again, no results. The following morning, hotel lost hot water due to issues with their hot water heater. I couldn't call them to ask of the issue, as my phone was broken therefore, had to physically travel down to the lobby to inquire of the issue. Several other patrons complained however, staff could not provide a timetable for when repairs would be made. Several staff members tried to empathize however, others could not be bothered. Instead of reimbursement, I was offered "quick bucks" for a future stay, but I do not plan to stay there ever again. I am disappointed with Expedia and plan to broadcast this further. "

"The only pro I can really say is the downstairs is really beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth $500 a night. I called twice about the AC not working. The room stayed at 76 even after they came up twice to look at it, and the toilets wouldn’t flush had to call them after they came up to look at it. They got it to flush, but then we proceeded to have issues with it not flushing, but it was so late. We just didn’t bother to call. "

"I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place."

"Avoid staying in the area in general if you can. Staff wasn’t really friendly minus one cleaning staff who let me in back to my room before check out when my keys stop working and went to the front desk twice to try and fix it. No restaurants or food service with in walking distance "
