“The room was clean enough. The carpet could use a little steam cleaning? Lots of water marks. My booking said there would be a coffee maker in the room but there wasnt one. Just the cups and packets of coffee. The ac worked well. The bed was comfortable, very quiet. I wasnt sure if we are meant to request house keeping to stop by or it was just something expected? But house keeping didnt stop by to get my trash the days I was there. I took my trash out and handed it to house keeping who was in……

“Our stay started off extremely disappointing. When we arrived, we were informed that the hotel had overbooked and the waterfront room we had reserved months in advance was no longer available. Instead of honoring our reservation or offering a comparable solution, we were told we could stay in a non-waterfront room for the same price. Paying full price for a room that lacked the main feature we specifically booked is completely unacceptable. Overbooking should not become the guest’s problem,……

“The room was stained and dirty. The bathroom didn’t have body wash. The shower hose was leaking everywhere when we got there to check in at 3:30 when check-in was at four. They didn’t have a room ready for us then they all of a sudden had a room ready for us and it was supposed to be a king size bed. They gave us a supposed suite with a full-size and or queen bed that was a Murphy bed with a dining room and living room seemed like the space was meant to be connected to other rooms when we asked,……
