“We arrived from Canada and in the midst of a rainstorm made it to the front desk shortly after 2pm. We were required to pay a $20 charge to check in early, even though our room was ready and the hotel was fairly empty. We were told that any time before 3pm (even minutes) would require the charge. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where they are so rigid and not willing to accommodate. The room was fine, bfast was grab and go with no place to sit.”
