“The hotel is located inside the University of Maine campus, which is quiet, safe, and has convenient parking. The rooms seem to be converted from student dormitories, so the layout is different from typical hotels. The bathroom in my room was exceptionally large, almost at a luxury mansion level, and the bed was also big. The room was clean with high ceilings, but there was no desk available for use, which was somewhat inconvenient.”

“Budget hotel that has basics. Clean comfortable rooms with nice towels. The beds were very comfortsbleStaff was helpful especially Hillary, she greeted us and engaged us in good conversation. The property has a popular restaurant/bar used by locals with good food. Only disappointment was we got the room with old stained carpet that gave room slight musty color, but for the price we didn't go wrong. Breakfast choices were sparse choices of cereals, breakfast bars muffins and coffee to take.”
