“Queen bed was firm/hard and uncomfortable 🙃”

“Very clean, room was spacious. Enjoyed the rustic look with pine wood even on ceiling in bathroom. Very comfortable room. Beds used comfortable, homey sheets and covers.”

“Very clean, comfortable and well kept .”

“Had a great time. Was right in the middle of Baxter and Acadia. We would stay again.”

“Had a great stay at this property, close to the lake, and in walking distance to a restaurant.”

“Beautiful cabin in the woods. Loved the peace and nature. yhe sound of the river lulls me to sleep. Right on the banks of the Penobscot river with Bald Eagle s soaring over the river ”

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin with our family (including two toddlers) The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and felt like a home away from home. The views were absolutely stunning, making our morning coffee and evening relaxation extra special. To top it all off, the owner was incredibly nice, communicative, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway and can't wait to come back!”

“This cabin was quaint and cozy with a stellar view. The fall foliage made the surrounding area look and feel magical. We had a few minor complaints regarding our stay, most involving the main bedroom. The main bed’s mattress was already not very comfortable, and made more uncomfortable by being covered with, what felt like, a giant ziplock bag which was loud and reflected body heat. Additionally, there was no top sheet on the main bed, only a fitted sheet with a fuzzy blanket and a quilt. While……

“We arrived to very clean and comfortable accommodations. The lodging was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Being there for a basketball tournament, it was very accommodating to have access to a washer to launder uniforms. I would definitely rate this a 10 out of 10 on all counts! We would definitely return!”

“Cozy comfortable cabin that exceeded expectations! Host is exceptionally nice and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Convenient location, very quiet but close to nearby restaurant. Would recommend.”

“We stayed at the cabin for a week and we had an amazing time. The lakefront location was incredible. Schoodic Lake is crystal clear and so refreshing and the water frontage was perfect for our family that loves to swim. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our nights out by the stone fire pit. Even when it rained there was a spot outside to sit under with our lawn chairs. The mudroom was super convenient to store our beach towels and bathing……

“2nd time at this property. Addition of 2nd floor bathroom was great!”

“Very relaxing and peaceful ”

“This is our third year staying there. We have a wonderful time. We bring the kids and grandkids perfect place for swimming boating fishing. Thanks for everything Emily.”

“I have rented several different places in the area and this was by far the very best. It is equipped with everything you would need. From crockpot to cribbage board - everything is at your disposal. Dog friendly and a great place for them to get in and out of the water. The host was super fast getting back to me when I had a question. Kind, polite and sincere. My only thought would be to change check in and out time. Not being able to get in until 4:00 really takes away a whole day that you……

“I like this property very much, the host was really nice, a typical manner. They’re all very nice but what I need is a similar property further south for example Lincolnville/Belfast/Northport/Searsport.”
