“My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a great, long-weekend stay m one of the cabins. It was cute, well maintained, and comfortable. Only complaint would be the limited hot water for a shower, as the cabins seem to use a shared hot water tank. Pro tip: shower early in the morning or late at night when nobody else is 😉”

“Absolutely perfect relaxing lakefront house in every way! The bed was very comfortable, the relaxation areas were great, the fan really helped cool things off and the windows brought in just enough cool mountain air and the sound of the loons! The kitchen was also ideal. The location was spectacular, the views and the sunsets were not to be missed and an easy 10 minute drive into town with a good selection of restaurants and markets. “We enjoyed having the Maybrook Cottage as our home base during our annual weeklong visit to Vermont. Our young kids loved the location and the nearby waterfall to explore. The hosts are very easy to communicate with, and have done a wonderful job restoring these vintage cabins. Would definitely return!”

“These cabins were everything we wanted for a rejuvenating week in Vermont. They had all the basics we needed but also the coziness and simplicity that we were looking for. We absolutely loved going to the lake as well as heading out for hiking, biking, and otherwise enjoying the area. There was also more than enough room on the actual property for us (a group of seven, including kids) to play and relax. The hosts were incredibly nice, helpful, and communicative.
