“Eric’s tiny cottage was so amazing! It’s an adventure getting there in winter but that’s part of the fun if you’re up for it. The cottage has all the cooking equipment you could need, great furnace to keep you cozy, and a really cool eco friendly incinerating toilet which is easy to use. My husband and I loved this completely unique location and we hope to be back in the summer to see what it’s like that time of year ”

“We were really happy with our stay. Was surprised how cozy and warm the cottage was in negative temperatures, and it was more spacious than anticipated with the loft area. Our dog really enjoyed the large private yard. Host gave good instructions and tips. C Village Store is a must when visiting. Bring bottled water since it is well water.”

“The house is half way between Rutland and Killington. Very clean. Quiet neighbors. In general the house is as advertised. It needs more pots for the induction stove. Plus basics like measuring cups, spoons. Insufficient number of closet hangers for 2 people much less many more renters. Livingroom furniture was comfortable. Streaming tv only, we brought our Roku along so no issue there. The heat worked well.”

“Our stay at David’s fully handcrafted Tiger Ted cabin retreat was wonderful punctuated by careful attention to detail. It’s a warm and welcoming eclectic treat. We hope to return in the near future. ”

Will go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the many amenities of the Lake and area. Better than a 5 star hotel. Romantic and charming shall sum it up. Very basic. Which we loved. ”

“Lovely home, convenient to Winooski and Burlington with fantastic view across Malletts Bay. House is on a busy road but has enough of a parking pad that allowed easy pull in and pull out. Only wish we had warmer weather to take advantage of the deck and fire pit overlooking the water. Would stay again. ”
