“Great location central to many winter activities and downtown Waterbury. House was challenging with kids due to breakable collections of glass bowls and antique lamps. Also uncomfortable beds. Host was kind to allow a 2-hour delayed checkout. ”

“The room was not cleaned at all, two garbage bags were smelly and piled in the kitchen, toilet paper stained yellow left in the toilet, dirty towels all over the bathroom, crumbs on the coffee table, clothing tags left on the upstairs floor, ski lift ticket with the previous guests name on the left of bathroom vanity, the list goes on. Need less to say the place was not cleaned at all after the previous guest, I was left questioning wether the bedding was even changed.”
