“Our toilet was leaking on the floor from the base and looked like it had been for awhile. Yummy. The pillows were about the smallest I have seen lol. Think square decorative type. Bed is firm if that's your thing. AC is dated and loud but thankful we had it. Room service was good. Breakfast was ok. Coffee shop was meh. We had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. Room was clean-ish if you didnt look too close. The staff was incredibly nice and the hotel itself is pretty cool. Definitely……

“They have breakfast but not egg cooking such as egg scramble, sausage, bacon etc not like other hotel provided BUT they do included hard egg, waffle, bagel, cream cheese, hot coffee, orange juice, yogurt, etc all goood!! ”

“I stay there everytime we went to glenwood spring, the room and services always good. Just one thing wired since when hotel charged money for parking, but the front desk lady gave us water and snacks instead, fair enough.”

“The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny.
