"The person at the desk in the lobby was able to hold my cold packs in a freezer overnight for me. Thought that was really nice. Got a bottle of some lovely wine with my room. It’s where I stay anytime I’m in Vail for a reason. All this plus hot tub u see the stars at night. I mean come one. Definitely recommend."

"It was our first time to this hotel, as a family, and we absolutely loved it! So much to do on site, and around! Having an outdoor pool made a huge difference, and we enjoyed it every day. Overall the property was fairly quiet, and felt very safe. Breakfast was great, and location was perfect for our needs."

"This property is in a great location. Walking distance to everything. Bike and rafting place right across the street. 10-minute walk to the Glennwood Cavern Adventure Park gondola. Rooms were clean and comfy. Fridge and microwave in the room. They don't tidy the room daily which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. I like having the bed made daily. The only thing we didn't like was the breakfast. It was pretty sad. There is lots of room for improvement. I had cereal the first day and the milk was warm. We ate breakfast elsewhere the following two days. Theres a Bavarian restaurant in the parking lot which is pretty good and bakery down the road that has really good cinnamon rolls and ham/cheese croissants. Theres a doughnut shop opening soon on the corner which looks really good. We checked out early the last day so we could enjoy the hot springs before catching the 2 pm train. The office was very friendly and stored our luggage for us until it was time to go. I would definitely stay here again."

Viceroy Snowmass

8/10 Good
"Great place to stay if you're not in a wheelchair. Good restaurants and hot tubs. Rooms have robs, slippers, humidifer. However, the ada shower bench is a nightmare to use, because they have the grab bar above it that just presses into your back. Its also sloped down and my husbands paralyzed and almost ate it. Liability for sure. The toilet is really wide and I was barely able to use commode. They also have a runner that would just get caught in wheels and even the wheels on the luggage. I just rolled it up and put it to the side. Almost forgot to mention that the elevator didn't work for a period and they didn't even say anything. A worker ended up taking us through the employee elevator. Which isn't fun for my husband to keep wheeling around because most hotels have the thick carpets. The vallet will allow you to park by the entrance if you have hand controls which was helpful. Staff was super nice and such a beautiful place. Now, that I know some of the hiccups we could have, I would just prepare and definitely stay here again. We only live a few hours away and this place is so beautiful to come to during the summer"
