It was clean, comfortable, easily accessible with parking and for exploring downtown Kalamazoo on foot. You will not be disappointed in the location or value of this space! There was trash under the furniture, behind the TVs, under the couch, inside of the couch etc. The baseboards, door frames and baseboard heaters were all dirty. “The house was clean, lots of breakables we had to hide in a closet away from our kids but fine once everything was moved. No counter space to cook but there are several places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood is nice and seems safe. There is a small park two blocks behind for the kids. The space was perfect for a place to sleep while in town for a memorial.”
