“It's a completely gorgeous spot and the staff are friendly and helpful. The building and grounds are amazing. As a hotel option, it's not ideal in terms of efficiency and modernity, so don't go there looking for that. This is for someone who appreciates an old mansion, a gothic rooftop, an old school fancy bar. The bed in my room needed a new mattress and the walls more soundproofing, though I know that one is hard to do within an old fancy building. The bathroom fixtures should also be……

“Room way to small ”

“I was in the area for my son's golf tournament. The location to the courses was great. The owners are extremely gracious and welcoming.The bedroom, bath/shower were very clean and well kept. They are happy to make breakfast for you. I enjoyed my stay. ”

“This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable, the food is great, and the commons space (specifically the basement living room) makes you feel like you are at home.”
